Do you come to me?

Yes. Daily Mobile Detail is a mobile detailing service, so I come to your home, workplace, or another approved location.

The main thing I need is enough room to fully open the vehicle doors and safely work around the vehicle.

What areas do you service?

Mobile detailing at your home, apartment, or workplace throughout Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Eastern Passage, and the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Can I get interior detailing at Daily Tire?

Yes. Daily Tire in Cow Bay is a shop location—not mobile. You can get tires and interior detailing done there when scheduling allows.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove personal belongings, garbage, car seats, and valuables before I arrive.

I can work around some items, but the cleaner the vehicle is cleared out beforehand, the better the final result will be.

Can you detail in a parking lot?

Yes, as long as there is enough space to safely work and fully open the doors. This includes apartment lots and workplace parking when rules allow it.

If the parking lot is tight, underground, or has strict rules, please mention that when booking.

What is included in each package?

Daily Interior Refresh

This is best for regular upkeep and lighter mess. It includes vacuuming floors, seats, trunk/cargo area, blowing out crevices and cupholders, wiping down dash/console/doors/plastics, cleaning interior windows, and cleaning floor mats.

Platinum Interior

This is best for family vehicles, work vehicles, winter mess, dirty interiors, and vehicles that need a reset. It includes everything in the Daily Interior Refresh, plus shampoo and extraction for carpets and cloth seats when required, deeper mat cleaning, and light odor neutralizer.

Do you remove pet hair?

Yes, pet hair removal is available.

Some vehicles take a lot more time depending on the fabric and how embedded the hair is, so heavy pet hair may require an added charge.

Do you remove salt stains?

Yes, salt removal is available as an add-on.

Some salt stains come out very well, while older or deeply set stains may improve but not disappear completely.

Do you shampoo seats?

Yes. Seat shampoo & extraction is included in the Platinum Interior package and can also be offered as an add-on depending on the vehicle.

Can you remove bad smells?

I can help reduce many common smells with cleaning, shampooing, odor neutralizer, and ozone treatment when needed.

Some smells, like smoke, mildew, milk, or heavy pet odor, may need more than one treatment and cannot always be fully guaranteed.

Can you guarantee stains will come out?

No, and I’d rather be honest about that.

Most stains can be improved a lot, but some are permanent depending on what caused them, how long they’ve been there, and the material.

How long does it take?

Deep Vacuum Reset: about 1 hour.
Daily Interior Refresh: about 2.5 hours.
Platinum Interior: about 4 hours.

Larger vehicles, heavy pet hair, stains, or add-ons can take longer. I’ll confirm timing when I approve your booking request.

Do I need to provide water or power?

For most interior detailing jobs, I bring what I need.

If your appointment requires anything special, I’ll let you know before the booking.

Do you offer exterior washing?

Not yet.

Right now the focus is interior mobile detailing, with exterior services possibly added later.

What vehicles do you detail?

Cars, SUVs, trucks, vans, and family vehicles.

Larger or heavily used vehicles may take longer or require adjusted pricing.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Not always.

As long as I have a plan for access to the vehicle and payment, you do not need to stand around while I work.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit.
