These terms apply when you use dailydetail.ca, request a booking, create an account, or receive services from Daily Mobile Detail (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Daily Mobile Detail provides mobile interior-only vehicle detailing at your location within our service area — primarily Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, and Eastern Passage, with extended coverage including Halifax Peninsula, Bedford, and Sackville (travel fees may apply farther out). Package details, add-ons, and prices are shown on the site and may change. All prices are plus applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
Bookings and confirmation
Online booking sends a request. Appointments are not guaranteed until we confirm date, time, and service details. We may decline or reschedule requests because of weather, travel, equipment, staffing, vehicle condition, or safety concerns.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking. If we cancel because of weather or other circumstances on our side, we will work with you to reschedule.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location information.
- Ensure safe, legal access to the vehicle and a workable area for mobile service.
- Remove personal valuables and anything you do not want handled before service.
- Disclose pets, heavy mess, stains, odors, biohazards, or damage so we can plan appropriately.
Excessive dirt, garbage, biohazard material, or unsafe conditions may require extra time, an added charge, or refusal of service, as described on our pricing and booking pages.
Payment
Payment terms are communicated at booking or completion. We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit as posted on the site. You are responsible for charges you authorize for the services booked.
Limitation of liability
We take care with your vehicle, but pre-existing wear, fragile trim, aftermarket parts, electronics, and unknown defects can be affected by normal detailing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where law does not allow that limit.
Website and accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account credentials. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with booking systems. We may suspend access that violates these terms or harms the service.
Communications
By booking with us or providing a phone number, you give us permission to text you about your appointment—confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and other service-related messages. Marketing emails are optional and covered in our privacy policy.
To opt out of appointment texts, email chris@dailydetail.ca. Opting out may limit our ability to confirm or update your booking by text.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
